Thanks for using our products and services! We work hard to give you the best experience possible. We don't know all of our customers personally, so we created this Terms of Service to help keep things in order.

When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to 521 Dimensions LLC.

When we say "Services", we mean any product created and maintained by 521 Dimensions LLC under the Server Side Up brand, including digital products, open source projects, and educational content.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will notify users through our website or email.

When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service. That's true for any of our existing and future products and all features that we add to our Services over time.

Account Terms

1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
4. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Use Restrictions

Many people use our products and services. As exciting as that is, we also recognize that technology is an amplifier: it can enable the helpful and the harmful. That's why we've established these restrictions. If you have an account with any of our Services, you can't use them for any of the restricted purposes listed below. If we find out you are, we will take action.

Restricted Purposes

• Child exploitation, sexualization, or abuse: We don't tolerate any activities that create, disseminate, or otherwise cause child abuse. Keep away and stop. Definitely stop.
• Doxing: If you are using our Services to share other peoples' private personal information for the purposes of harassment, we don't want anything to do with you.
• Infringing on intellectual property: You can't use our Services to make or disseminate work that uses the intellectual property of others beyond the bounds of fair use.
• Malware or spyware: Code for good, not evil. If you are using our Services to make or distribute anything that qualifies as malware or spyware, begone.
• Phishing or otherwise attempting fraud: It is not okay to lie about who you are or who you affiliate with to steal from, extort, or otherwise harm others.
• Spamming: No one wants unsolicited commercial emails. We don't tolerate folks (including their bots) using our Services for spamming purposes. If your emails don't pass muster with CAN-SPAM or any other anti-spam law, it's not allowed.
• Violence, or threats thereof: If an activity qualifies as violent crime in the United States or where you live, you may not use our Services to plan, perpetrate, or threaten that activity.

We've outlined these restrictions to be clear about what we won't stand for. That said, this list is by no means exhaustive. We will make changes over time.

Reporting Abuse

See someone using our Services for one of the restricted purposes? Let us know by emailing us and we will investigate. If you're not 100% sure, report it anyway.

Please share as much as you are comfortable with about the account, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it. Sending us a URL or screenshots is super helpful. If you need a secure file transfer, let us know and we will send you a link. We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account.

Digital Products

1. Books and Courses
   • All digital products are delivered electronically
   • You may not share, resell, or redistribute our digital products
   • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
   • Access to private communities is included where specified
2. Open Source Projects
   • Our open source projects are released under their respective licenses
   • You may use, modify, and distribute our open source code according to the license terms
   • We provide no warranty for open source projects
   • Premium features may be available under separate terms

Community Access

1. Private Community
   • Some of our products include access to our private community forum and Discord server
   • Community access is a privilege, not a right
   • We reserve the right to revoke access at any time
   • Community access does not include guaranteed support
2. Community Guidelines
   • All community members must follow our Community Terms of Service
   • Discord users must follow the rules in the #rules channel
   • Violation of community guidelines may result in:
     • Warning
     • Temporary suspension
     • Permanent ban
     • Loss of access to purchased products without refund
     
     All moderation actions are subject to the moderators' discretion and do not require warnings before actions are taken.
3. Content and Behavior
   • Be respectful and professional
   • No spam, self-promotion, or off-topic content
   • No sharing of confidential or proprietary information
   • No harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
   • No sharing of AI-generated content without proper disclosure
   • No sharing of personal information or private conversations
4. Support and Help
   • Community platforms are for peer support and discussion
   • For official support, use our support channels
   • No guarantees on response times in community platforms
   • Community members are not official representatives of Server Side Up

Payment and Refunds

1. For paid digital products, we will charge your payment method immediately upon purchase.
2. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
3. We process refunds according to our Fair Refund Policy.
4. For one-time purchases (books, courses, etc.), we will only charge your preferred payment method once.

Affiliate Links and Recommendations

1. Some links on our website may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a small commission if you make a purchase through these links.
2. We only recommend products and services that we genuinely believe in and would use ourselves.
3. Affiliate commissions help support our website and allow us to continue creating valuable content.
4. The presence of an affiliate link does not influence our recommendations or reviews in any way.
5. We are committed to transparency and will disclose affiliate relationships when required by law.

Copyright and Content Ownership

1. All content posted on the Services must comply with U.S. copyright law.
