These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply specifically to our digital products, educational content, and community access (the "Digital Products").

In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and these Digital Products Terms, these Digital Products Terms will control for matters specifically related to the Digital Products.

Digital Products

Books and Courses

1. Delivery
   • All digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or through your account dashboard
   • You will receive access immediately upon successful payment processing
   • Books are typically provided in PDF, EPUB, and MOBI formats where applicable
   • Course materials may include video content, source code, and supplementary materials
2. License Grant
   • You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital products
   • You may download and use the materials on your personal devices
   • You may print one copy for your personal use
   • You may NOT share, resell, or redistribute our digital products
   • You may NOT post our digital products on file-sharing sites or torrents
3. Updates and Revisions

   • You will receive free updates to any digital product you've purchased
   • We'll notify you via email when significant updates are available
   • No additional purchase is required to access updated versions
4. Refunds
   • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied

Community Access

   • We may discontinue the community platforms at any time with reasonable notice
   • Access may be revoked if you violate community guidelines
   • Refunding a product may result in loss of community access

Community Guidelines

All community members must follow these guidelines:

1. Required Conduct
   • Be respectful and professional in all interactions
   • Treat all members with courtesy and consideration
   • Provide constructive feedback and helpful responses
   • Respect diverse perspectives and experience levels
   • Follow the specific rules posted in Discord's #rules channel
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
   • No spam, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic content
   • No sharing of confidential or proprietary information
   • No harassment, discrimination, bullying, or harmful behavior
   • No sharing of pirated content, illegal materials, or malware
   • No sharing of personal information or private conversations without consent
   • No impersonation of Server Side Up team members or other community members
3. AI-Generated Content
   • AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed as such
   • Do not present AI-generated answers as your own expertise
   • AI tools can be helpful, but transparency is required
   • Quality and accuracy of AI content is your responsibility
4. Intellectual Property
   • Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
   • Do not share our digital products with non-members
   • Code snippets shared for help/discussion are fine
   • Bulk copying of paid content is prohibited

Moderation and Enforcement

1. Moderation Actions
   • We employ community moderators to enforce these guidelines
   • Moderators have discretion to interpret and apply these rules
   • Moderation actions may include:
     • Verbal/written warning
     • Temporary timeout or mute
     • Temporary suspension (1-30 days)
     • Permanent ban from community platforms
     • Loss of access to purchased products without refund
2. No Warning Required
   • All moderation actions are subject to the moderators' discretion
   • We do NOT require warnings before taking action
   • Severe violations may result in immediate permanent ban
   • We reserve the right to escalate directly to permanent removal for serious offenses
3. Appeals Process
   • If you believe a moderation action was made in error, you may appeal by emailing [email protected]
   • Include your username, the action taken, and why you believe it was incorrect
   • We will review appeals within 7 business days
   • Our decision on appeals is final and does not qualify for a refund if you purchased a product
4. Repeated Violations
   • Multiple minor violations will result in escalating consequences
   • Pattern of problematic behavior may result in permanent removal
   • Circumventing bans (alt accounts) results in permanent ban of all accounts

Support and Help

1. Community vs. Professional Support
   • Community platforms are for peer support and discussion
   • Community members are NOT official representatives of Server Side Up
   • Advice from community members is their personal opinion
   • Professional support is available for a fee, see Professional Support
2. Response Time Expectations
   • No guarantees on response times in community platforms
   • We do our best to participate when time allows
   • Other community members may respond before we do
   • For urgent issues, contact official support channels
3. Quality of Help
   • We encourage helpful and accurate responses
   • Verify important advice before implementing in production
   • Community members help voluntarily and do their best
   • We are not liable for advice given by community members

Payment Terms

One-Time Purchases

1. Immediate Charging
   • For paid digital products, we will charge your payment method immediately upon purchase
   • You will receive access to your purchase as soon as payment is confirmed
   • Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (typically Stripe or Lemon Squeezy)
2. Pricing and Availability
   • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
   • Prices may change at any time without notice
   • Sale prices and promotions may have limited availability
   • Purchasing during a promotion locks in that price for your purchase only
3. Taxes
   • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities

4. Failed Payments
